Outside those hours, please send an email to info@forgehcloud.info and an advisor will respond within one business day. If you prefer to visit in person, our office is located on Mumias Road in Kakamega town, a few minutes from the main roundabout. We do not operate a drop-in valuation service, so please call ahead if you would like an in-person consultation rather than a general enquiry meeting.

Where relevant, we arrange a property visit within five working days. For buyers and tenants, we compile a shortlist of suitable options for your review before arranging viewings.
3. Clear Proposal
You receive a written proposal — a marketing plan for sellers, a tenancy shortlist for landlords, or a valuation instruction letter — with fees stated clearly before any work begins.
